Open a new PUBLISHER file and make the following guides
Horizontal Ruler Guides at: 0.25, 1.25, 5.5, 6.25
Vertical Ruler Guides at: 1, 2, 3, 4.5, 6.25
Margin guides at: 0.5 all around
Grid guides: Columns = 2, spaced = 0.2 Rows = 3, spaced = 0.1

Newspaper Layout Spread
You will be making the a layout spread of an actual newspaper. Please make them precisely.

1. Download the following file (right click, save as: per1-lastfirst-date.pub)

2. Insert a new page (Cntl-Shift-N)
3. Make sure you layout all your guides first!
